Miami Edison High School

On January 30th, 2020, Adidas unveiled the first ever sustainable field in Miami-Dade County. This field was built by Burke Sports in partnership with Act Global. The field contains 1.8M bottles recycled plastic. The plastic was captured from the oceans to prevent pollution. Burke Sports was involved in the site work, drainage, grading, base rock, finish stone, installation of turf, and installation of amenities. It was an honor to be a part of such a momentous project in the city of Miami. Click below to read about the field!

Key West High School

In 2018, construction was completed for Key West High School’s baseball field. The construction of the field included improvements to the irrigation system, storm drainage capabilities, base construction, and installation of the synthetic turf. Read an article below from the Key West citizen describing how resilient the field has been even in the face of tropical storms. Evangelical Christian School

In 2019, construction was completed for Evangelical Christian School’s football field in Fort Myers, FL. This project features a Design-Build construction of three synthetic athletic fields. Burke Sports self performed every aspect of the job, from its design to the irrigation improvements, storm drainage system, and the installation of the synthetic turf. In 2018, construction was completed for Webber International University’s football field in Babson Park, FL. This project features a Design-Build construction of using Brock Bad and Borck Fill. It features storm drainage, base construction, and synthetic turf. Click below to read about the field!
