Description: Pinnacle Park is a premier mixed-income high-rise community consisting of 135 units. The project serves as one of the first examples of urban revitalization in Miami’s Liberty City neighborhood. The garage portion of the project participates in the art for public places program with a mosaic tile image of iconic blues legend Muddy Waters on its facade facing southbound I-95 traffic. Distinct residential units with townhouse-style entries form the ground floor liner, and generous landscaping at the street level.
