Description: This project is located in the magnificent Florida Keys. It included the structural renovation of the 6th floor and remodel and finishes of the interior in the rooms. The entire roof of the structure was replaced as well. The new oceanfront rooms have some of the most enviable views in the whole world. A new tiki bar was also built by the water and it calls back to the storied history of the property through its design.
