The one-story, 10,191-square-foot station includes three apparatus bays, offering ample space for firefighting and rescue vehicles. In addition to the main operational areas, the building features living quarters, administrative offices, and a dedicated training area to accommodate first responders. Burke Construction Group also managed the development of the supporting infrastructure, ensuring optimal functionality and accessibility. The facility has earned certification from the Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC), reinforcing its commitment to sustainability, energy efficiency, and environmentally responsible construction.
