Burke Construction Group completed a comprehensive hotel renovation at the InterContinental Doral, transforming 265 guest rooms and several high-traffic public spaces while maintaining uninterrupted hotel operations.
The hospitality renovation included upgrades to the lobby, check-in area, bar, restaurant, porte cochère, and fifth-floor lounge, creating a refreshed and elevated guest experience throughout the property. To minimize disruptions during construction, Burke Construction Group installed a temporary partition and relocated the hotel’s bar, allowing operations to continue seamlessly throughout the four-month renovation of the common areas. Careful phasing, coordination, and attention to detail ensured the project was delivered efficiently with minimal impact on guests and hotel staff.
