Burke Energy Solutions is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with a passion for renewable energy and a proven ability to identify and close new business opportunities. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, developing relationships, and helping us expand our market footprint across the commercial, industrial, and public sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Represent Burke Energy Solutions at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
- Collaborate with our engineering and operations teams to align proposals with client needs
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop effective strategies
- Meet and exceed business development targets and KPIs
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the renewable energy, construction, or technology sectors
- Strong understanding of solar EPC services and clean energy solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Miami, FL area
