The project consisted of 4 new buildings and complete site development, an after-action review/latrine building, an ammo storage building, a mockup building, and the live-fire shoot house building. The shell of the live-fire shoot house was constructed utilizing a pre-engineered metal building system for the structural steel and metal roof and wall panels. The interior was constructed to simulate the interior layout of a building with multiple rooms, corridors, and breach doors. The project was completed (3) months ahead of schedule and is a LEED Silver Certified facility.
