Description: As Islamorada evolves with the times Cheeca Lodge grows with it. With many tourists flocking to the “Sport Fishing Capital of the World”, the resort decided to expand to cater to the growing popular destination.
This project includes an addition of a (43) unit wing to the existing Cheeca Lodge and Spa. Consisting of modern rooms/suites with spectacular ocean views. The addition also included a new conference center, (2) ballrooms, a kitchen, and bars to further accommodate events such as weddings, conferences, etc. Lastly, the addition of (5) affordable housing units.
